"SLIP, SLOP, SLAP"

Sunny South Africa - how lucky we are that we can enjoy sunny skies for most part of the year, but exposure to too much sunshine can be dangerous. With summer around the corner, it's mighty important to remember the dangers of sunlight .

 

 

 

We need to protect ourselves during the summer months by slipping on sunglasses, slopping on a highfactor sunscreen and slapping on a wide brimmed hat. Ultraviolet radiation, through over exposure to sunlight, is the cause of most skin cancers. So, before taking part in this year's challenge, make sure you are well prepared for some fun in the sun.
