As part of BP weekend 1st Walmer COH will be hosting the BP campfire (Friday 18th Feb.) and the BP Service (Sunday 20 Feb.) (Fordyce Road, next to school)

 BP CAMPFIRE

The campfire (and short wide game) will be held on the Friday all Scouts and Cubs are encouraged to attend.

Friday 18th February 2011

19h30 – 21h00

Full Uniform (Bring camp fire blankets)

Note book and pen / pencil

Troops attending the campfire are asked to do 2 items at the campfire, (be it skit, song, etc.) Please let me or Kath Douglas (Aqua) know what you will be doing so we can make sure there are no clashes in programme by the Wednesday 16th February.

 Scouters are requested to ensure that their Cubs and Scouts know campfire etiquette before the Campfire, to make sure it is a fun and enjoyable and above all memorable campfire for everyone.

Please keep your Groups (Cubs and Scouts) together during the campfire and please ensure that there is at least 1 Scouter present with every Cub pack to assist in control of the campfire.

 BP SERVICE

The Service will be held on the Sunday and is part of James Descande's Springbok
